Cleartec

Meet Tanja, Cleartec’s newest team member

Q: Where did you grow up, and what keeps you busy when you’re not at your desk?

A: I grew up in Wellington, South Africa, just 15 min drive from Paarl where I am currently residing. Paarl is surrounded by the beautiful Cape Winelands. When I’m not at my desk, I’m usually busy with my two daughters and enjoying outdoor life. I also love staying creative through side projects and spending quality time with our family pets—which always keeps home life lively and grounded! I love spending time with my family and friends, but at the same time I also enjoy just reading a good book.

Q: Looking ahead, what would make your first twelve months at Cleartec’s a success?

A: For me, success in my first year means building a strong, reliable pipeline of high-value opportunities and establishing trusted relationships with potential clients. I want to be recognised as a key driver in expanding Cleartec’s reach, consistently introducing new business while continually sharpening my knowledge in managed print and workplace infrastructure.

Q: From your time here so far, what sets Cleartec’s approach apart?

A: What stands out most is Cleartec’s focus on genuine, consultative problem-solving rather than just pushing products. There’s a clear commitment to understanding a client’s unique operational friction points first.

Q: Which of Cleartec’s values resonates with you most?

A: Integrity and putting the client first. In sales development, transparency is everything. I strongly believe in being honest about what a business actually needs, ensuring that the solution we recommend brings real and practical value rather than unnecessary confusion.

Q: In your view, what matters most to businesses when it comes to technology right now, and where does Cleartec fit in?

A: Most businesses just want technology that is easy to use, secure, and keeps costs predictable without extra headaches. Cleartec steps in to make all of that simple so companies can just focus on running their business.

Q: Print can feel like a small part of the technology picture. Why does it deserve more attention than it often gets?

A: People usually forget about printing until something breaks or costs get out of hand! But unmanaged printers can waste a lot of money and even create security risks. Helping companies clean up their print setup is an easy way to save money and stay secure.
